You can cancel the subscription by logging into your account from the web and visiting your account page.
- Sign in to the eStories or eMusic website and click on the profile icon located at the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- In the menu that opens click on "My Account" and scroll down to "current plan".
- Click on "change plan"
- Your cancellation request will terminate the subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.
* Cancelation will terminate your current promotion. If you are in a trial, any unused music credit will be cancelled immediately. Upon cancelling, you will have until the end of the billing cycle to use any of your remaining credits . Your plan will automatically expire at the end of your current billing period.
