When do I receive my subscription credit(s)?

Credits are issued on the date your account refreshes into a new membership cycle. You can see when your account refreshes in "My Account" under the section "Current Plan" . 

In the "Current Plan" section you’ll also find :

1. The type of plan you have
2. The subscription upcoming renewal date . 
3. Current Balance and it expiration date
