How do I update my eStories account information?

Sign in to the eStories website and click on the profile icon located at the upper right-hand side of the screen. 

In the drop- down menu that opens click on Account" . The "Account" page allows you to update the following information: 

• Change payment method
• Change subscription plan
• Disconnect a device
• Purchase eStories gift or booster packs
•  Upload file

• To change the email address associated with the account please contact our support team at [e-mail] 
• To change your password, you can either use the "forgot password" feature on the sign-up page or contact our support team.
• Please note: Login credentials (password and email) are shared between eStories and other account such as eMusic Live & eMusic (our digital music  membership). Any change you make on eMusic will also change your login credentials for the other services.
