How do I delete a downloaded audiobook from my device ?

From the "My Library screen, select the book you want to remove from your device, then click the menu icon on the right side of the screen.

In the menu that appears, select "Remove from device".  You should see a notification at the top of the screen that confirms the audiobook has been removed from the device.
