If you're using eMusic and you see something that is not appropriate or helpful to the community, you can report the review to the eMusic Customer Service Team. To report a review simply click the Flag icon next to the review you'd like to report and select the reason for reporting in the drop-down menu.
You may select any of these reasons to report to the review:
-Commercial or Spam (promoting or cross selling to other music or services, same post multiple times, irrelevant to music or artist)
-Harassment or Discrimination (content that is posted to demean or insult another person or persons, content provides personal information without consent, impersonates an artist or member)
-Obscene or Offensive (content that promotes hate speech or is otherwise offensive in language or intent)
Reported reviews are evaluated by eMusic staff within 48 hours to determine whether they meet any of the categories of removal conditions and may be removed after evaluation. Repeated violations may result in the termination of review privileges.
When you report an inappropriate review, your report is anonymous, meaning your information will not be shared with the person who posted the comment.
