We've discovered that some PC operating systems have a hard time translating special characters that some artists use in Album or Track titles. When this happens, an album or track download can become unreadable by your operating system. To correct this issue, simply rename the file, while including the correct file extension.
For example, when trying to download an album with the title "Experience...", some operating systems are unable to translate the "..." special character and end up delivering a Zip file that looks like this: _utf-8_Q_Experience=E2+80=A6=2zip_

There's and easy fix for this issue. Simply rename the file, while making sure to include the correct file extension. For example:
Album download: _utf-8_Q_Experience=E2+80=A6=2zip_
could be renamed: Experience.zip .
Track download: _utf-8_Q_01_16_Tennessee_Blues=E2+80=A6=2mp3_
could be renamed: 01_16_Tennessee_Blues.mp3 .
