I bought a ticket that includes physical merchandise. How do I get my item?

For some physical merchandise  you will receive a receipt email with a promo code and a link to redeem the item on the artist's website.

In other cases, your order information is sent to the artist's management and you will receive a receipt email for your purchase.  

Most of the merchandise fulfillment is handled directly by the event artists or artists management, so it’s hard to give an exact delivery time frame. Most merch is created on demand, so please allow 3 weeks after the date of the show for it to ship and additional delivery time unless otherwise noted.

Please keep in mind that COVID-19 had caused delays in shipping and fulfillment.
